Returns and Exchanges Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email callahreturns@callah.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Giftcards
  
• Sale & discounted items
• Final Sale items
• Items with signs of wear or tear

Exchanges

We gladly accept size exchanges on eligible items. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for your original order and place a new order for your preferred size. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Alternatively, if your desired size is available, we can process an even exchange — please note this request in your return email.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
