Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days after fulfillment.

Standard — $9 flat rateExpress —$35 / 2-3 business days

International Shipping

We ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Estimated delivery times are 10-21 business days and may vary due to customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Callah is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they have been handed to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at callahdelivery@callah.co. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Callah cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
